FRENCH TOAST

INGREDIENTS

2 Slice Whole Wheat Bread

1 Egg

1/2 cup Milk

1 tablespoon Ground Cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract (optional)

TO MAKE

In a large bowl beat together egg, milk, ground, cinnamon, and vanilla extract. Heat a lightly oiled pan over medium heat. Soak each bread slice in mixture for 20 seconds on each side. Cook bread to each side until lightly brown and crisp. Add maple syrup and lots of fruit.
