BELL PEPPER EGG RINGS


PREP TIME : 1 minute      COOK TIME : 5 minutes      TOTAL TIME: About 5 minutes     SERVES: 1

INGREDIENTS

2 Slice Bell Peppers

2 Eggs

2 Slice Whole Wheat Bread

TO MAKE

Cut 2 slices of a Bell Pepper of your choice. In a large frying pan, add pepper ring slices on low heat. Crack one each in each pepper ring slice and allow the egg whites and yolks to cook to your desired hardness. Add salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy with toast!
