SPINACH WITH SCRAMBLED EGGS ON NAAN
INGREDIENTS
Naan Bread
2 Eggs
Fresh Spinach
Tomatoes
Slice Red onions
Slice Green Peppers
Slice Red Peppers
TO MAKE
Toast or grill Nann bread to desired texture. In a frying pan add red onions, peppers, spinach and tomatoes and cook on medium heat for 1-2 minutes. Scramble two eggs in a frying, add all the toppings to Nann bread and enjoy!
