GRILL CHICKEN SLIDERS & SWEET POTATO FRIES

INGREDIENTS

2 Sweet Potatoes

2 Bread Rolls

Romaine Lettuce

Grill Chicken

Tomatoes

Crumbled Feta Cheese

 

TO MAKE

SWEET POTATO FRIES

Peel and wash sweet potatoes. After drying your sweet potatoes with a kitchen towel cut into wedge like shapes. Place wedges/fries into a large bowl. Season with 2 tsp olive oil, 1/4 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp paprika and salt and pepper to taste. For a spicy option add 1/4 of cayenne pepper (Optional). On a non-stick baking sheet (lined with foil for extra protection) place you fries flat down and space evenly apart. Bake in a pre-heated oven of 425*F for 15-20 minutes. Serve with your choice of dipping sauce and Enjoy!

GRILL CHICKEN SLIDERS

Using seasonings of choice, grill chicken in a grill pan until completely cooked. Cut open and lightly toast dinner rolls. Place romain lettuce, tomato slices and grill chicken on the bottom half of your roll with the grill chicken slice on the very top. Add feta cheese crumbles to the top of your roll, close your sandwich and Enjoy!
