Grill Chicken Strips (Homemade or Frozen)
Sliced Baby Bella Mushrooms
Grape Tomatoes (Cut in half)
Sliced Red Onions
- Break apart Romain Lettuce to create individual strips.
- Cook or heat Grill Chicken Strips.
- In a large frying pan combine grill chicken strips, sliced red onions and mushrooms, cook on med-low heat.
- Once the toppings have cooked placed them directly onto each lettuce strip.
- Fold and Enjoy!
TIP : Use toothpicks to secure wrap and hold fold in place.

What you’ll need……
1/4 cup Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Brown Sugar
1 tbsp Rice Wine Vinegar
1 Tsp fresh minced Ginger
Red Pepper diced
1 Scallion diced
Fresh Cilantro small handful
Combine all these ingredients together in a small bowl serve along side lettuce wraps and enjoy!
