LETTUCE WRAPS

 


PREP TIME : 10 minute      COOK TIME 5 minutes      TOTAL TIME: About 15 minutes     SERVES: 2-3

INGREDIENTS

Romaine Lettuce

Grill Chicken Strips (Homemade or Frozen)

Sliced Baby Bella Mushrooms

Grape Tomatoes (Cut in half)

Sliced Red Onions

 

TO MAKE
  1. Break apart Romain Lettuce to create individual strips.
  2. Cook or heat Grill Chicken Strips.
  3. In a large frying pan combine grill chicken strips, sliced red onions and mushrooms, cook on med-low heat.
  4. Once the toppings have cooked placed them directly onto each lettuce strip.
  5. Fold and Enjoy!

TIP : Use toothpicks to secure wrap and hold fold in place.

The Lettuce Wraps taste taste amazing on their own but if your looking to take them to the next level then you should definitely try this thai inspired Homemade Dipping Sauce!

What you’ll need……

1/4 cup Soy Sauce

1 tbsp Brown Sugar

1 tbsp Rice Wine Vinegar

1 Tsp fresh minced Ginger

Red Pepper diced

1 Scallion diced

Fresh Cilantro small handful

Combine all these ingredients together in a small bowl serve along side lettuce wraps and enjoy!
